Saudi Printing and Packaging Co. said in a filing to Saudi bourse that Dr. Azzam bin Mohammed Al-Dakhil, non-executive board member, submitted his resignation on Sunday, February 1.
The board accepted the resignation on February 1, to be effective as of the decision date.
This resignation came after Al-Dakhil was appointed as the new Minister of Education.
